Mozzarella originated in Italy, and at Paneerwala, we stay true to its roots by handcrafting our mozzarella using fresh, high-quality cow / Buffalo milk.
We begin by heating and acidifying the milk, then add vegetable rennet to start the coagulation process. Once the curd forms, we cut it, heat it, and knead it carefully to create mozzarella’s signature stretchy, elastic texture. Finally, we shape the cheese into soft balls or firm blocks, depending on its purpose.
Mild in flavor, rich in nutrients, and with excellent meltability, our mozzarella is perfect for pizzas, sandwiches, pasta, and more.
